Exchange Policy

✅ Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The item must be unused and unwashed.
* Original tags and packaging must be intact.
* The item must be in its original condition.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive the wrong item.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

* Used or washed products.
* Products damaged after delivery.
* Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Shipping Charges

* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the error was from our side.
* If the wrong or damaged item was sent by us, AreeNay Luxe will cover the replacement shipping cost.
